How do I clean my Oxellia cutting board?
I would not use metal utensils on any non stick cooking surfaces.Yes, this doesn’t have a non stick “coating” like unsafe Teflon. It’s just metal. I use wooden, bamboo, plastic and metal utensils on it. Doesn’t cause any scratches.
